Step through the custom-designed iron gate (with water and fire themed design brought throughout the property) and you’ll be in another world; one filled with the sound of falling water, the sparkle of koi and the smell of fresh gardenias.
This unique oasis is lushly landscaped and the larger sitting area also offers mountain views that are spectacular. There are two waterfalls with drop ponds and natural earth filtration. The huge stone columns provide a dramatic entrance to this estate, as does the soft lighting on the stairs and throughout the greenery. Koi swim back and forth under the steps and are easily fed with the plants already in place.
